ARTWORK
If you're creating your own design, we recommend following the General Guides below for submitting your files. You can choose from the following formats: pdf (recommended), .psd, .png, .eps, or .jpg. If you are using a design program and saving as a PDF, please ensure that all text is converted to outlines to avoid font issues. NO SCREENSHOTS - Screenshots are low quality! Remember – High Quality Art = High Quality Prints!
Once we receive your artwork, we will work on the layout and send you a final proof for approval so you can preview your finished product. We aim to complete this process within 24 hours to ensure timely printing and delivery.
PRODUCTION
Once the proof is approved, production will begin, and your order will typically be ready to ship within 24-48 hours. The total time, from purchase to delivery, can vary from 2-3 days up to 7 days, depending on your location and business hours. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please see the shipping details below.
SHIPPING
Your item will be carefully packed and protected during shipping. Once your item leaves our facility, we will provide you with a tracking number.
